Neville is a multi-talented, highly motivated Internationally recognised individual. An ICAO Avsec PM and UK level 3 Avsec manager accredited by the UK Department For Transport combined with 30 years diverse operational policing experience, including representation at the multi-agency South East Regional Organised Crime Unit, a specialist firearms officer, the latter part of his career spent in Special Branch the oldest Counter Terrorism Unit in the World dealing with National Security and safe guarding Members of the Royal family, Heads of States, and Government officials at the UK's second busiest International airport with the busiest single runway in the World representing Special Branch on the airport Risk Assessment Group.   

 

An Internationally acclaimed public speaker at various aviation security conferences around the world, including, ACi World, World Airlines IATA, ECAC and CEPOL.  Involvement in the Middle East mentoring individuals from the Ministry of Interior and others in the design and implementation of security measures at an International Airport. Director of training at Interportpolice involved globally in the development of joint agency, border and community engagement to Protect, Prevent and Prepare the environment in a time of crisis and now acting as an independent consultant for aviation security and policing, advocating key stake holder and joint border security from a holistic approach.
